书轩志工 Volunteer

静思书轩小志工起源于台湾静思书轩本店。自2005年起，越来越多小朋友加入书轩小志工的行列。在这里，他们接受人文熏陶，乐于付出。善的教育从小扎根，自然可以守护那份清净无染的心。随着发展，书轩逐渐建立分龄制度：3至12岁为「静思小志工」，13至18岁为「静思青年志工」，18岁以上为「静思大志工」。这样的安排，使不同年龄的孩子与青年都能在适合的岗位上锻炼心志、拓展视野。

The Jing Si Books & Cafe Little Volunteer program began in Taiwan in 2005. Children receive cultural guidance, learn to give, and are grouped by age: 3–12 as Little Volunteers, 13–18 as Youth Volunteers, and 18+ as Senior Volunteers, growing in roles suited to them.

书轩成了孩子们的第二个家。小志工们在这里整理书籍、端送饮料、接待顾客、维护环境，体会付出的喜悦，学习服务精神，培养环保意识与社会责任感。假期时，他们也会主动回来参与付出。在志工的引导和陪伴下，小志工循序渐进地养成良好的生活礼仪与品格，“做中学、学中觉”，在服务中懂得感恩，守护心中的清净与善念，让善意与温暖在日常点滴中延续。

Here has become a second home for the children. Young volunteers organize books, serve drinks, welcome guests, and maintain the space, learning the joy of giving, service, and responsibility. They also return during holidays to help. Guided by volunteers, they develop good manners and character, learn gratitude through service, and nurture kindness and purity, letting warmth spread daily.

证严上人成立静思书轩，旨在传播善心、善念、善缘，在纷纷扰扰的社会中为人们提供一个沉淀心灵的场所，传递道风德香给每一位踏入静思书轩的客人，让人们接受人文熏染。因此，静思小志工除了服务他人，还有四个使命：

Master Cheng Yen founded Jing Si Books & Cafe to spread goodness—good hearts, thoughts, and connections—and offer a peaceful space for reflection. Besides serving others, Jing Si Junior Volunteers have four missions:

小志工要传的法，即证严上人重视的、为人处世应有的品行与美德，如孝顺、慈悲、善良、服务、奉献、感恩、包容、知足、环保等。小志工通过了解师公（小志工对证严上人的称呼）的故事及其弘法愿力，期望播撒善的种子。

Junior Volunteers share the virtues emphasized by Master Cheng Yen—filial piety, compassion, kindness, service, gratitude, and environmental care. By learning about her life and mission, they aspire to sow seeds of goodness.

以清净心，做清净事，出清净品，延续的不只是产品，更是法脉的精神。产品的故事——从原料选择到制作，都蕴含诚与净的用心。这份坚持不仅让大众安心使用，也传递尊重万物、惜福感恩的生活态度。这样的传承，让清净的法脉在产品中继续流转，温暖人间。

With a pure heart, we create pure deeds and products. What we pass on is not just goods, but the spirit of the Dharma lineage. Every step—from materials to craftsmanship—embodies sincerity and purity, offering reassurance, respect, and gratitude, and letting the Dharma spirit touch the world.

身体来自父母，但孝顺不仅是爱与照顾。真正的孝，是以父母所赐之身行善助人，将功德回向父母，让他们心安。这份善行延续家庭的爱，也扩大爱的范围。小志工服务人群，让他人感受温暖，父母放心，因为孩子在人群中学习付出、成长善念，这就是大孝。

Our bodies come from our parents, but filial piety is more than love and care. True filial piety is using the body they gave us to do good, dedicating the merits to them for peace of mind. When young volunteers serve others, parents can rest assured as their children learn to give and cultivate virtuous hearts.

小志工以认真的态度专注完成每一件任务，细心对待每个细节，无论整理环境还是打扫卫生，他们在学习中不断成长，为人们创造一个舒适的环境。慈济的人文精神得以自然传承——尊重人的尊严、价值及精神文化，让每份努力温暖他人，也滋养自己的心灵与品格。

Young volunteers approach every task with care, attending to each detail—whether organizing or cleaning—growing through their learning while creating a comfortable environment. Tzu Chi’s humanistic spirit is passed on, honoring dignity, value, and culture, so every effort warms others and nurtures their own character.
