240g   |   五谷面线  Multi-Grain Noodles
300g   |   芋头  Taro
2 pc   |    香菇  Shiitake Mushrooms (浸软切碎  saked and finely chopped)
50g   |   素火腿  Vegetarian Ham, diced
630ml   |   清水  Water

调味料
Seasonings

3 tbsp 汤匙   |   蚝油 Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
½ tsp 茶匙   |   五香粉  Five-spice Powder
tsp 茶匙   |    黑豆荫油  Light Soy Sauce
tsp 茶匙   |   膳姜泥 Ginger Paste
1 tsp 茶匙   |   汉方香菇 Mushroom Sauce

做法
Instructions
  1. 面线用开水煮并加入麻油,然后沥干备用。
    Boil noodles with sesame oil, drain, and set aside.

  2. 将香菇酱和姜泥倒入锅中,加入芋头丝和冬菇爆香,再加入调味料和 300 ml 水煮软。
    Pour mushroom sauce and ginger paste into a pot, add shredded taro and shiitake mushrooms, sauté until fragrant, then add seasoning and 300 ml water, cook until softened.

  3. 煮滚后加入面线,焖至水分被吸干。
    Once boiling, add the noodles and simmer until the noodles absorb the liquid.

  4. 倒入蒸盘里,表面压平,撒上装饰即可。
    Transfer to a steaming plate, flatten the surface, sprinkle with decorations, and serve.
