240g | 五谷面线 Multi-Grain Noodles
300g | 芋头 Taro
2 pc | 香菇 Shiitake Mushrooms (浸软切碎 saked and finely chopped)
50g | 素火腿 Vegetarian Ham, diced
630ml | 清水 Water
3 tbsp 汤匙 | 蚝油 Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
½ tsp 茶匙 | 五香粉 Five-spice Powder
2 tsp 茶匙 | 黑豆荫油 Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp 茶匙 | 药膳姜泥 Ginger Paste
1 tsp 茶匙 | 汉方香菇 Mushroom Sauce

面线用开水煮并加入麻油,然后沥干备用。
Boil noodles with sesame oil, drain, and set aside. -
将香菇酱和姜泥倒入锅中,加入芋头丝和冬菇爆香,再加入调味料和 300 ml 水煮软。
Pour mushroom sauce and ginger paste into a pot, add shredded taro and shiitake mushrooms, sauté until fragrant, then add seasoning and 300 ml water, cook until softened. -
煮滚后加入面线,焖至水分被吸干。
Once boiling, add the noodles and simmer until the noodles absorb the liquid. -
倒入蒸盘里,表面压平,撒上装饰即可。
Transfer to a steaming plate, flatten the surface, sprinkle with decorations, and serve.
