【食用方法】

1. 约取10公克(2大匙)黑芝麻粉,先加少许的冷水调和均匀,再加约150ml热水冲调, 冲泡浓度可依个人喜好酌量增减。

2. 可添加于豆浆或净斯谷粉冲调,以增加风味。

3. 黑芝麻酱:取20公克(4大匙)黑芝麻粉加约2大匙橄榄油搅拌制成黑芝麻酱,可以涂于吐司或馒头上。

4. 将芝麻粉和蜂蜜一起搅拌,涂在面包上或放入沙拉酱里,就能得到芝麻百分之百的营养。

5. 早晨起床和晚上睡觉前半小时各吃一汤大匙,对于肝、肾的保健有助益。

Storage Instruction

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Keep sealed after opening and consume as soon as possible.

Directions for Use

1. Take about 10 grams (2 tablespoons) of black sesame powder and mix well with a small amount of cold water. Then add about 150cc of hot water. The concentration can be adjusted according to personal preference.

2. It can be added to soy milk or Jingsigu powder for a more flavorful mixture.

3. Black sesame paste: Take 20 grams (4 tablespoons) of black sesame powder and mix with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to make black sesame paste. Spread it on toast or steamed buns.

4. Mix sesame powder with honey and spread it on bread or add it to salad dressing to get 100% of the nutrients of sesame seeds.

5. Consume one tablespoon each morning and half an hour before bed to improve liver and kidney health.
