Growing and consuming locally appropriate crops is the most resource-efficient approach and the best way to care for our planet's environment. The development of rice-based products has always been a key objective for Jing Si. We hope to promote a plant-based diet through diverse product offerings, providing clean, simple, safe, and healthy choices.
100% Organic Rice Noodle Series – Healthy and Safe:
Our noodles are made from rice carefully selected from the pristine Huadong Valley. The air is fresh, and the irrigation water comes from the first outflow of Maifan stone spring water from the Coastal Mountain Range, ensuring pure, unpolluted quality. Our partner organic rice farmers diligently tend to and lovingly care for the fields every day, nurturing each grain to be plump and sweet. In the future, Jing Si will transition to using a special variety of organic rice grown specifically at the Zhixue Great Love Farm. We offer the finest, safest rice to create high-quality, healthy organic rice noodles.
Meticulously Developed, Chewy Texture:
The development of our pure rice noodles was the result of years of dedicated research. Using the simplest process and purest ingredients—only 100% organic rice and clean water—we have created a noodle with a delightfully chewy texture, a rich rice aroma, and excellent resistance to becoming mushy, even after prolonged soaking.
Pure Rice, Safe for All Ages:
1. Whether made from white or brown rice, our noodles are a whole grain food and completely gluten-free. They are very suitable for all age groups, including infants.
2. The noodles have a slightly translucent appearance. They are 100% additive-free, retaining the natural color of pure rice after drying. Consuming appropriate, balanced amounts of white or brown rice is the key to a healthy and nutritious diet.

Storage Instruction
Please store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume as soon as possible.
Directions for Use
1. Bring water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook over medium heat (in boiling water) for about 5-6 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, remove them from the water and place them in cold water for 30 seconds for a more chewy texture.
2. Enjoy them cold or in hot soup, depending on the season.
3. Add the cooked rice noodles to various noodle sauces for a delicious dry noodle dish.
4. Add the noodles to a pre-cooked broth; the rice noodles will absorb the flavor and become smooth and delicious.
