香积面：红烧风味 Jing Si Instant Noodle – Braised flavor

1.早年开发香积面的因缘系为了赈灾而生。在历经多次国内外赈灾，看见许多灾民面对残破家园，流离失所且徬徨无助的情形下，毫无心力张罗三餐；且在急难时，倘若能提供令人安心、便利即食的餐点，应可节省大量烹食工作的时间。于是开始思考、研发一款在投入赈灾工作时，可即时提供灾民温饱和温暖祝福的「香积面」。
2.此外，由于地球暖化，全球气候异常，灾变频繁，环保工作刻不容缓，节能减碳的方法之一：「由荤转素」。期许借由「香积面」广邀大众茹素护生，长养慈悲心，齐力为保护地球尽一份心。

【食用方法】
｛冲泡法｝
1.取出面块并撕开调味粉包与调味油包倒入碗中。
2.加入沸水约450ml，盖上后等待3~4分钟。
3.开盖后搅拌均匀即可食用。
｛快煮法｝
1.在锅中加入450ml的水先行煮沸。
2.取出面块并撕开调味粉包与调味油包倒入锅中。
3.快煮3分钟即可食用(可依个人喜好调整时间或添加配料)。

★ 内附小包脱氧剂，请勿撕开食用。(有些商品有，有些没有要注意)

The original development of Instant Noodles was rooted in disaster relief efforts. Through numerous domestic and international relief missions, we witnessed firsthand how disaster survivors, faced with shattered homes and displacement, often struggled to prepare even basic meals. In such emergencies, providing reassuring, convenient, and ready-to-eat meals can save significant time and effort. This inspired us to begin researching and developing a noodle product – "香积面 Instant Noodles" – that could offer immediate sustenance and warm comfort to affected communities during relief operations.

Furthermore, with global warming, abnormal climate patterns, and frequent disasters, environmental protection is an urgent priority. One method for energy conservation and carbon reduction is transitioning to a plant-based diet. We hope that through "香积面 Instant Noodles", we can widely encourage people to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle, protect life, nurture compassion, and collectively contribute to protecting our planet.
