Vegetable powder is used for seasoning, and the seasoning packet contains more freeze-dried vegetables than those commonly available on the market, preserving the nutritional value of the vegetables as much as possible.
In line with disaster relief efforts, these noodles can provide food efficiently and cook quickly. They can be prepared by soaking in hot water (without boiling) for three to five minutes before consumption.
