【保存方法】
请置于干燥通风处,拆封后请存放密封罐。
【食用方法】
产品因为经过熬制浓缩,所以质地相当黏稠,使用前请先搅拌均匀。
挖出后可加入热水或酱油做稀释,使用更方便。

1. 拌面:两茶匙姜泥用热水稀释后加入刚煮好的面线、细面或是面条,搅拌均匀后即可食用。
2. 拌饭:依个人喜好取适量姜泥,放在热腾腾的白饭上拌开及可食用。
3. 红烧豆腐:豆腐切块煎至微微焦黄,加入姜泥、酱油。
4. 凉拌:姜泥加水或酱油后可做为凉拌酱汁(青木瓜、腌萝卜、小黄瓜)。
5. 煮汤:汤起锅前依个人喜好加入适量的姜泥。
6. 烫青菜:姜泥先用酱油拌开,花菜、叶菜烫熟后可以沾著吃,或直接拌匀著吃。
