You may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following circumstances:
Item not received
Item damaged during delivery
Item missing from the package
Incorrect item delivered
If any of the above applies, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly include clear supporting photos (where applicable) to assist in verification.
REFUNDS VIA STORE CREDIT
Please note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds. Store credit terms:
Valid for 1 month from the date of issue
Must be used within the validity period; unused credits will expire automatically
Cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond the expiry date
EXCHANGES
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at business whatsapp or jingsi@fhbcafe.com.sg to arrange an exchange.
