100g | 麻芛薏仁粉 Jew's Mallow And Job's Tears Instant Mix
100g | 黑豆浆粉 Black Soybean Milk Powder
250g | 豆奶 Soy Milk
(B) 奶油混合 / Cream Mixture
265g | 淡奶 Fresh Cream
25g | 糖 Sugar
(C) 巧克力脆皮 / Chocolate Coating
200g | 巧克力块/粒 Chocolate Chunks/Chips
65g | 椰子油 Coconut Oil

雪糕磨具 Popsicle Molds
雪糕棒 Popsicle Sticks

将材料 A 放入搅拌机打成泥备用。
Blend Ingredient A in a blender until smooth and set aside. -
用电动搅拌器将材料 B 打至浓稠(仍可流动),注意不要过度搅拌。
Beat Ingredient B with an electric mixer until thick but still pourable; avoid overmixing. -
将材料A与材料 B 混合均匀,倒入雪糕模具,放入冰箱冷冻 3 小时以上。
Mix Ingredient A and B thoroughly, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 3 hours. -
准备巧克力脆皮:隔热水加热并混合材料 C,备用。
Prepare the chocolate coating: heat Ingredient C over a double boiler and mix well; set aside. -
将雪糕浸入巧克力脆皮,凝固后即可装袋。
Dip the popsicles into the chocolate coating, let it harden, and then package.
