30g | 黑芝麻粉 Black Sesame Powder

100g | 白米果 White Rice Crackers
50g | 炒过的白芝麻 Roasted White Sesame Seeds
50g | 花生或任何坚果 Peanuts or any Nuts

将材料 A 放入锅中加热融化,煮至120 度。
Melt ingredient A in a pot and heat to 120°C. -
转小火后加入材料 B,稍微翻炒均匀。
Lower heat, add ingredient B, and stir evenly. -
维持温度在120度,加入 C、米果及配料,炒匀后压模即可。
Keep at 120°C, add C, rice crisps, and mix-ins; stir well and press into mold.
