在慈济义诊中心门诊中,我常遇到因膳食纤维摄取不足而出现便秘或腹胀的病人。现代人饮食多偏向精致与便利,蔬菜、水果及全谷类摄取量普遍不足,长期下来容易影响肠道蠕动及整体健康。因此,我常建议病人适度补充益生菌或膳食纤维,以帮助维持良好的肠道环境。
